Charming wooden cottage built in 1914. One of the first houses built on the hill above the town of Stinson Beach. There are two rooms: one bedroom with a queen size bed and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area. Cozy and lovely with comfortable furniture. Single wall construction (meaning, not insulated ) with good forced air heating and a free standing fireplace in the bedroom.

Please be aware there are no gas stations for ten miles, so be sure to fill up before coming over the hill.
